Super thankful for Sindey at the TX-110 location, she also helped my mom get a unit and was the sweetest person, explained everything thoroughly, she even came one night after hours just to help us get in my mom’s new unit. I’ve done business with other storage facilities and had bad experiences but I’m extremely satisfied with Mint and the staff, 100% recommend you go see the wonderful ladies here if you need a unit!!”

“I spoke with a couple of different agents, both virtually and in person at the Tyler locations (Jacob at the Old Bullard Road location and Lynn at the 12324 State Hwy 155 location), and they were all super helpful! They took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns since this is my first time renting a storage unit. They were patient and didn’t mind giving me tours of different unit sizes to help me find the best fit for my needs. 10/10 customer service and friendliness—and they have great promos too!”
“Just got a storage unit at CubeSmart and Greg & Tyler were absolutely amazing!!!! Greg took me to my unit to make sure the size was going to be okay, then explained in detail how much everything cost, so there’s no hidden fees like other facilities….. and for $12.00 a month you can get insured with no deductible….. I rented a storage unit in San Antonio, it was a 5x5 for $178.00 a month…. so CubeSmart is a great bargain in my opinion!!!!
Also, I really appreciated seeing and talking to human beings rather than someone on a computer, like a Zoom call….. I want an actual human so if there’s a problem there’s a person right there to help me!!!! “All in all, a good storage location. However, they don't have an onsite office or any bathrooms, and they don't have climate controlled units. All the flood lamps are on one end of the complex, so at night it is pretty dark on the deeper side.”

“My client has nine storage areas in this location and I was asked to work with her to sort through her stored items to prepare for her move. We had trouble with two individual locks and called Management for assistance. Michelle with Management met us both times was courteous and professional. She solved our problems with the locks, replaced the locks and we were back to work.
The facility is clean, organized and safe.”
