About Staybridge Suites Tyler University Area by IHG
Staybridge Suites Tyler University Area by IHG offers a mostly positive experience for guests. The hotel is very clean, with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. Guests appreciate the pleasant grounds, including a large, fenced-in courtyard with lounging areas, grills, and a TV, making it a great space for relaxation. The breakfast options are plentiful and generally enjoyed, with some mentioning waffles and fruit as highlights. The staff receive high praise for friendliness and helpfulness; many guests noted exceptional service from the receptionists, especially one young man who made guests feel very welcomed and accommodated, even when booking issues arose. The pet-friendly area is well-maintained and clean, and amenities like free laundry and close proximity to local attractions add to the convenience. However, some disappointment exists regarding the pool and hot-tub, which were filled with concrete and not available as advertised. Overall, the hotel is praised for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and nice grounds, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
