We use TDS for our company office printer and they provide great service. I was a little skeptical about the monthly fee, but they are always quick to resolved our small IT issues and get us going again!

We have 5 printers with this company for 5 plus years! We have been contacting and informing Texas Document Solution, INC to come pick up 3 of the units for a few months but they never would come pick them up. Told us we need to send them to head quarters and it was our responsibility. They are there to sell you with a contract but when it comes to stopping the contract they will do what they can to avoid losing money... In fact they just wrapped all 5 printing units into a new contract without our approval. Then the company sent us to collections without evening calling us.This place isn't honestly and will restart contracts without your consent. Very unethical practices. The management has never reached out to make things right. Buyers beware!!!

The local folks are good but the corporate headquarters are located in Pennsylvania. We pay our statement at least 10-days early but the checks are not negotiated for several days after the due date. They then send late fees and use this tactic as a profit center. I regret signing with this company and would not recommend them to others. I refuse to pay their late fees so they then charge finance charges on these fees. It is a deceptive practice.I am changing my rating because the local company corrected the problem and addressed my complaint and refunded my money. It appears that the culprit is their leasing company that they sold my paper to in Pennsylvania. So, I am satisfied for now and regret the problems, but it was not my fault nor of the local guys. It is just another greedy finance company that is allowed to prey on consumers. I would give a higher rating except that is the company that Tex Docs used and I did not have a say in it.Bobby Mims

Had several issues with billing and some service concerns. However, Felix--the Branch Sales Manager--personally came out to see us and help resolve the issues we were having. I appreciate the attention to detail of both Jim and Felix and am therefore revising my initial review to reflect their customer service efforts.

I highly recommend this company! They are knowledgeable and VERY professional. Anytime I have an issue, they are quick to fix it. You will not go wrong if you choose them!! Trey is a SUPER-TECH!!! Thanks!!
