Town House Motel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a simple and affordable stay. Many guests find the rooms to be very clean and comfortable, with good lighting and cable TV. The parking lot is quiet, well-lit, and pets are allowed for a small extra charge. Despite its affordability, some visitors note that the location is not ideal, being far from the freeway with no nearby eating places. The motel is situated on a hill with an uneven layout, which might be challenging for guests with disabilities. Room features vary; some rooms have beds that squeak loudly when moved, and linens may not always be spotless. The bathroom facilities sometimes have issues, such as a non-working bathroom light or dirty tub. Guests also mention that the mini fridge needs upgrading, and the TV offers limited channels. Additional charges apply for ice, and there is no breakfast or coffee machine in the room. The motel has a family-owned, mom-and-pop vibe, with helpful staff, although some guests experienced language barriers or less helpful service. Traffic noise from the nearby main road was minimal, but some rooms facing the next-door family residence experienced loud slamming doors. Overall, Town House Motel offers basic accommodations at a reasonable rate, suitable for travelers needing a simple stopover.
Stayed here one night in July 1975. Glad to see it's still around.
