“I rented a Penske truck from this location but was told I had to drive an extra 10 miles to get my truck the day before. Okay, bad experience, I thought.. but day of move in, after picking up and driving the truck from the other location for 5 miles, I ran into an issue that required returning the truck. These guys worked tirelessly to find me another truck and never once blamed me for the issue in the first truck. Friendliest people I've ever rented from and that absolutely made up for having to drive further! I don't think I'd ever go back to Uhaul!”
“Needed a trailer last minute, was able to book it and pick it up within an hour, and nicer than the other place on troup hwy by that sonic. This guy was nice and the inside of the shop looks awesome. My son thought it was the coolest place ever.”

“I had gone to 3 other locations this morning where I had reserved a trailer online. I get there to pick up and all they have is a utility trailer with no ramp or dolly available. I get to Hitch World and he was not only accommodating in having the correct trailer, but he came out and hooked it up with chains for safety AND made sure the lights worked after attaching it to my vehicle. I didn't have to do a thing. He was wonderful. From now on, I will check with Hitchworld for all my uhaul reservations! Thank you for being a lifesaver and so kind! “We live in Garrison Tx. But I know the work Michael does, and will be out third time back. Be careful of what's posted. Some people try to do the wiring themselves, and screw it up. Then take it somewheres else and lay blame on them to get the screw up they caused fixed. There's a review below, I believe the owner tried wiring it themselves. Leslie”
