My car broke down 10 mins away from the car lot he came and picked myself and mother up and took us all the way to Longview where my my Envista was waiting on me. “Nice people and nice environment but I was early for my appointment and it still took them an hour for an oil change. They weren’t busy as it was 8am. This was my first oil change for my new car so it was free. After they were done I couldn’t leave because they kept telling me they were waiting on “paperwork” 20 mins later I told the manager I had to leave because I was going to be late to work and he informed me that something was going on with the system and for me just to leave and that he would take care of it. I’ll go back and try them again but I hope it’s a faster, better experience next time.”

“Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Tyler Car & Truck. Josh and everyone else went above and beyond. We searched nationwide for the older 2 door Tahoe we were looking for and found it here. Josh responded quickly and provided more information, pictures and the CarFax. Before we were able to book our flight, he contacted us to let us know he found a small issue and wanted to fix it before we flew out. It was ready a couple of days later. We took it for an extensive 2 hour test drive and Josh did not had no problem with us doing so. He gave us an excellent price on the vehicle. An hour after purchase, the check engine light came on. We called Josh and he told us to leave the vehicle with him and he would get it fixed. He followed through on every promise he made and made sure the vehicle was in great working condition before we got it back. We were so happy with our experience, we would gladly fly back across the country to purchase another vehicle from him. By far, the best car dealership experience my wife or I have ever had in over 30 years of car shopping.”
