The people who handled passports were very rude. They are not helpful at all. I will be going to another office outside of Tyler.

MY DAUGHTER DIDN'T EVEN GET HER CHECK 😒 THE SAID IT WAS UP TO THE MAILMAN. 3 WEEKS STILL NO CHECK. WHAT IN THE WORLD 🌎 HAPPENED?😳 THE SCHOOL FINALLY CUT HER ANOTHER CHECK. JESUS!
