Something is going on. I have two packages that I ordered and both said delivered to mailbox
No packages were there. Please investigate the post person. All bills seem to make it in the box

Worst postal service from any post office I've seen! Their delivery driver that delivers to Gilmore road this side of Tyler, tx not only doesn't leave any of your big packages at your house... They simply set them on the ground in front of the box's in the rain so that your package electronics or whatever is soaked or set it up on top of boxes so anyone steal it and someone's package was even left out on the road and got ran over! USPS postal service is just trash now want more money for everything and just get worse and worse on service spots to do!

Lazy staff!
Will ruin a package the says DONT NOT BEND to shove it in a mailbox to keep from having to get out of their car..
Will hold packages- say they attempted to deliver because they are LAZY, don't want to get out of their car!
Say a package doesn't fit as an excuse to not deliver! ITS A WHOLE CARPET CLEANER!!! OF COURSE IT WONT FIT IN MY MAILBOX!

It takes forever to get a key made and they are extremely slow doing anything. Plus they never answer they're phone, you have to make a trip up there.

Such a rude and lazy office with rude and lazy staff.
They refuse to deliver letters to my address because the lady does not want to walk up the hill.
They keep passing our house.
They've done this for years. We miss very important letters.
And when we go in, they are rude and make us wait.
They also destroy packages.
I can't believe there is hardly any accountability for this branch.

3.5 star, not too good at all but also not bad, the first time I went in the lady was completely off topic having a 30 min personal conversation with a family, the next day I came the process was soooo fast.
This place is sweet and respectful and it’s not that bad once you go for a renewal or application, but if there were mini bathrooms outside. It be better :V

I don’t understand how I can’t get a small box at my house!!! I received a email saying that my package was delivered at my mailbox and it wasn’t. When I received the email the post office was closed. I have my address on both sides of the mailbox and is located on my house with big bold numbers! I don’t know what else to do.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST post office in the city. I’ve had packages thrown in the grass on my property or just not delivered at all. I’ve been waiting for a package and watch the delivery truck ride right past my house while I’m looking at my tracking notifications. I’ve called to make complaints nothing is done. Staff that works inside is the most rude experience I’ve ever had. Lucky we have family here in the city so we get packages sent over to their address. Different post office. This is pathetic!

Its my 2nd time going and I have language barrier. 1st time I went miss MJ was so nice and so patient with me .. the 2nd time I went miss Courtney welcomed me and super patient. Got me free used box and didnt make me feel Im taking too long to think of the next words Im gonna say. ? ❤️I love this post office. Ps.miss Sade is nice too. ?
