“My review is just to acknowledge the lovely young chap that was working on the desk at approx 11.30pm on 09/21/2025
He was one of the nicest check in receptionists I have met in my two weeks of travelling the US. He made me feel so welcomed and accommodated when I couldn't find my booking! He figured I had actually booked the place next door unfortunately but was so obliging and charismatic. This young man deserves souch praise for his customer service, he is a credit to your hotel. It's a pity I didn't catch his name to add here.”

“Shannon and the ENTIRE staff at the Tyler Candlewood are the AMAZING. We do so much traveling being in the construction business and my crews are treated BEYOND excellent here. The communication that I have with this staff is top tier. We wont stay anywhere else when we are in Tyler and apparently this is a shared feeling as this hotel is always full! Thanks to you all! “Thanks Urban Air for hiring a great lady named (Kennedy)! She had the best customer service skills! She was fantastic to everyone. It was so crowded and she made everybody feel special! I will be returning with my grandchildren again. I stay in Nacogdoches but Urban Air and employees like (Kennedy ) is definitely worth the drive. Thanks ?”
“The hotel was clean but the little details in the room were distracting and disappointing. A broken lamp we couldn’t turn off at night and the edging of the table top missing. My wife felt the sheets were not thoroughly dried, a common problem when we stayed here. The breakfast was also a little disappointing, especially the left over & reheated oatmeal and eggs that must have been powdered. The coffee was great.”

“Close to UT Health. Rooms were so nice and so clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Biscuits and sausage gravy, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, eggs, turkey sausage, reg sausage links, potatoes, yogurt, juice, milk and chocolate milk, coffee and creamer, plus more! Really enjoyed our stay. No Jacuzzi but a really nice indoor pool and workout room and sauna!”
