The assistant manager I had an interaction with was very defensive and not wanting to help me. I work in retail so I understand customer service. I will not ever return to this location and am considering changing cellular providers after being with Verizon for over 11 years. I will be following up with corporate management and will then decide if I will do business with Verizon going further. I would not recommend this location period.

I stopped at this store while traveling when one of my devices stopped working. An employee helped me with what I needed and got me back on my vacation with a working device. I can recommend this store.

They lied about what the amount for trade in was then torn up a 40 screen protector before sending a email that they werent giveing the price agreed big monopoly company screwing the customers we need to start a class action aginst them i know im not the only one

I was having a real hard time getting my Verizon number transferred to a an ATT phone that belonged to a deceased tenant. I had no idea what I was doing and have a real bad compression problem. But once I get it I got it. I had to go to this location a few times. Ms Jessica was very patience with me and made me feel like I was the only on there. I have to children to help me with this new technology. I went there twice and both times she educated me on want to do. She knew what she was doing and was great. I learned a lot from her. Thks Jessica from store 110 in Tyler Texas. All the bad reviews! You have to have years of experience you know all you need to know to work in this industry today. This young employees are learning as they go. They are trying to do it right. Today customers have to have patience with Associates. If you are impatience! Find the person who has the most experience at a location you are gong to. Just saying it as it is.

Just completed my I-Phone upgrade and wanted to give a "job well done" to the salesperson Royale. She was exceptionally well versed on the product, very complete with her answers and required setup of my new phone. If you are looking for a knowledgeable sales person go see Royale.

Can't do things that you go in there to get problems fixed that you can't get fixed over the phone. They say they can, but it isn't fruitful.

Avoid this store. The customer service here is terrible and the phones can be purchased for less online. This location will waste your time and money.

Every time we go to this location they are extremely unhelpful. We had a few questions about our account and was told everything has to be done online and that they can’t do it in store. What is the point of the store being open then if everything has to be done online? We then brought up that the overall service has been really bad recently and all they could tell us was that the towers are congested but that we can pay $10 extra per line for premium service which seems like a ripoff to me. Verizon used to be the best out there but it might be time to start looking into other options.

I have been to this location a few times and like it based on where it's physically located, and the store is very nice. In the past my visits have been to start a plan or spend money, and the staff was very friendly and eager to help. This time, however, I made a visit for help with my phone/service (not spending money) and the help I got was less than stellar. The gentleman seemed to either 1. not understand my issue I carefully tried to explain in clear detail, 2. understood but just didn't want to spend the energy helping me, or 3. Didn't know the answer to my question... which is totally fine! Just say so. But he gave me a run around and chalked it up to "that's just how it is" even though I've been fine for years and the problem has only existed this week. I repeatedly tried to explain my issue in different ways, and got the same response so I eventually left. If you don't know something, I totally understand that, you can't know everything. But just say so instead of gaslighting your customers! Suddenly the fee to leave seems worth it.

My service itself is good, but I wouldn't listen to an agent about how much your bill will be. Remember, They're sales people who will say what they can to get you to buy. Again, I like my service through Verizon, but the sales guy I went through was dishonest about how much my bill would be. I was told I would pay $110 a month, not $140.
