I've been using HEB Pharmacy for over 20 years and I've never been let down. Had a recent insurance change and some of my meds weren't covered, Mr Patel took his own time to go above and beyond helping me find medications covered under my new plan. You don't get this kind of assistance at most places, thanks for everyone's good work

I needed a time sensitive prescription moved to a different location that had it in stock over the weekend. Amanda Franko was more than helpful, graciously walked me through the process of getting it at the new location and called me back to let me know an approximate timeframe after talking with the other pharmacy. All the extra measures she went through were very much appreciated and showed she truly cares for the customers! Thank you, Amanda F. and the entire team at H-E-B Kitty Hawk for the superior customer service!

3+ hours to wait for a single prescription.
It doesn't matter how busy the pharmacy is, if you know your customer is coming to get the script soon, you expedite it. CVS has no problem doing this, why does HEB?

Absolutely the worst pharmacy EVER!! Not only are they incompetent of filling a prescription properly, the staff is rude and in no hurry to make a situation better! I’m transferring to CVS!!! I had enough of the rude employees. Twice they filled my prescriptions wrong with 3-4 times a higher dose than prescribed.

Hands down the fastest pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Nothing but smiles, they moved my prescription from another H‑E‑B and had it ready within 30 minutes during the Christmas holiday!!!

Went in today to pick up my prescriptions. And was told it was put back on shelf that I didn’t want it when we agreed to lower the medication count. And pick up once ready . 2 of the 3 “”were”” covered as she stated over the phone Monday . Then I ask questions waiting a whole hr and a half for there mistake to refill it back up .she proceeded to tell me I had to pay for that medication as well. And I said why if she said everything was covered for when I spoke to a lady Monday and another lady came with a blue jacket or shirt and gives me attitude with the other lady and says why did you pay for it I store Then and I proceed to tell her I thought y'all charged me for the zofran and they went silent then saying it’s 21 something . Everything I said over the phone matched with what I told them and still proceeded to have attitude saying it’ll be this much… to oh okay well now it’s covered . These people are horrible and do not care about anyone . They try to take your money and try to blame you for their mess ups . Mind you I have the recording of the conversation that I had with the one of the employees she did not state a name !!! Just heb pharmacy how can I help you ! These people need to be checked and reported their doing some type of fraudulent work in there and getting people for their money. I’ll take my business back to heb on fm 78 . First and last time I will be getting anything from this location . These people are an embarrassment to the company.

With the cost of medical prescriptions and the requirement of some prescriptions to be kept cold. You would expect the pharmacy to carry the necessary supplies to support this. Not knowing the distance the customer has to travel and no notification to the customer of this deficiency both the potency and possibly the stability of the medication is placed at risk.. Definitely something that needs to be corrected and also leads you to have less trust in that pharmacy for their customer/clients.

I personally enjoy going inside instead of the drive through. All their personnel are cheerful , helpful and seem to enjoy interacting with their customers. I have yet to leave the pharmacy desk and not have a smile and a better outlook because of their attitude.
