“I had a great experience yesterday . They were very helpful in helping me determine if I needed a new battery for my phone or if there was some other issue. I was also very impressed because while I was there, there was a very belligerent older man who was giving one of the employees a hard time. It had nothing to do with the employee, the man was mad because he insisted he had no pass word for his phone , etc. The young man never lost his cool and was very respectful to the rude customer. I will always take my business to them .”
“Found a Verizon store very close to Longs Creek. The manager, Devon, assisted us and did an excellent job. Very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.
The local neighborhoods should be using this store. The staff is always awesome and there is almost never a wait to have someone assist you.
If I was the owner I would put fliers in the mail, on apartment complex cork board and at nearby restaurants. Nice, clean, convenient location just down the street. A new phone is less that 30 minutes is a record.”

“I visited this location at about 4 pm Feb 26, 2026, to give them my new debit card info since I have my payments automatically withdrawn.
He asked for my phone number, no problem. He then asked for my PIN. I wasn't quite sure. Then he asked for my zip code, no problem. Then he swiped my card and said I was all set.
I was literally in the store at most 5 minutes. Granted, it wasn't busy, but the gentleman working knows his business.
I highly recommend this location.”
