Would give 0 stars if i could. This stores customer service is the worst I have seen. They dont bother to help you whatsoever just tell you how and what you need to do and not how they can help you. Going to try another Sherwin Williams store because the 2 ladies at this store that work the counter need to be in another form of service and not with homeowners and small request orders. They were horrible how they acted with my wife and with me and with color and brand information. Do yourself a big favor and drive a bit further to another store because this ones customer service is the lowest of low when it came to purchasing Sherwin Williams items. Never going to this store again.

In the 20 years I’ve lived in the area, this is only the second time I’ve attempted to get serviced at the SW location on Pat Booker. Just like the first attempt, my second was just as disappointing. I assume that if you’re not a contractor, a regular homeowner are not as readily welcome. A heavy set young lady was talking to her associate as if I wasn’t standing there until I had to help her acknowledge I was there. Then she continued to talk down to making me. She then gestured to the young man to allow ,what seemed to be the manager lurking in the back, to jump in and for him to let the manager or the other associate deal with me. All I was asking for was for a specific paint that my builder advised me to by at SW. I was my mistake for going back to this business. This young lady was arrogant and just demeaning. It’s a shame my builder used SW and not PPG up the road. Those folks are pleasant and helpful, even when I may not know all the answers to their paint questions PPG looks to assist and find solutions. I will never again stop at this location and would not recommend any home owner to do so either. Horrible place.

I went again today, Saturday December 3, 2022 and it is closed,,,, on maps it says that it IS open from 7,, I come from San Antonio and they made me waste time...Bad service again

The ladies in store displayed amazing customer service, I'm 8 month pregnant so the gentleman wasted no time carrying my paint cans to my vehicle. Bless you all! Thank you for being awesome sherwin staff!

I came in twice once with questions and once in a hurry. Both times Brianna went out of her way to help out and be as informative/helpful as possible. I had a pleasant and positive visit both times and will recommend this location. This woman is a treasure and should be given a raise. Thank you Brianna!

The short haired, over weight girl has a nasty attitude! This store is 3 minutes away from me but rather drive to the Broadway location to avoid dealing with someone who hates their job. She is so rude, and makes the store feel so unwelcoming. I Have been here twice and both times her attitude was gross, can't ask a simple question without her lashing out a response with a attitude.

They sell contractor grade prepackaged paint to paint all the contractors building 1000's of houses around the area for years now. They used to give the touch up paint in welcome kits. Now they stopped that. The only you can get an exact touch up paint that matches the contractors paints color and sheen is to buy a 5 gallon bucket or paint with something that will not match. What a game they play to get into your wallet.
