Please go slower youre not going slow enough. I still have a lot of time to waste. 🙄The wait time is ridiculous. 7 people working and its taking over an hour for me to see someone for the equipment exchange. I work from home, took an Uber to get here for what I thought would take an hour at most. If I go back home, I wasted money on Uber, if I stay im losing money since I cant work from home without internet. SMH.

The customer service here is horrible, while 3 of their employees work the desk as a snails pace, walking around without a care in the world, smokin and joking all day. The 4th employee acts all high and mighty. All she does is stand there behind the other 3, then disappears behind the door for an hour, then comes back out to just stand there. It’s as if she’s incapable of doing anything other than being a waste of space. Mind you I’m almost
Positive this lady is the manager (short, blond hair). It should NOT be this frustrating to try and do anything at any store. I can definitely say that enlisting in the military and completing training was an easier process than trying to accomplish anything at this store.

This place is with almost 20 people plus and counting they started with one guy up front back up of 14 people waiting smh the other man came up front help him and the said the third person is at lunch . If y’all just want to returned your equipment from spectrum just go to UPS to save you time Make sure they ain’t charging you ! Caused the charged me $$! Smh it is almost over 30 people waiting

Extremely slow. Even with reservations they’re quite slow. Go to another location if you must go to spectrum.

Showed up yesterday after I had enough with AT&T. I was helped by a knowledgeable guy name nick! Great guy, great service, and great price! Nick was out standing and explained all my options and helped us pick the plan that suited us best. Thanks nick! Thanks spectrum!

Spectrum customer service here is super slow and understaff. 6 terminals available but only 3 out of 4 associates helping out appointments and walk-in customers. The associate that took care of me personally was super cool and patience. I understood the pressure since everyone wants to walk-in and get out in 5 minutes. Plan to stay cool while waiting. Some customers are not easy to deal with and it does stress out the staff. Thank for the help.

Spectrum is trash constant problems with the internet outage out of nowhere and on top of that the credit they want to give you is so dumb if you had a outage they will give 5 buck for the inconvenience trash I wouldn't let my own family get this internet service
