This store is terrible. The managers are more concerned about putting up displays during business hours when they are so far behind on taking care of the customer backup in their store. The supposed nonmanagers are busy hanging out in the back of the store or joking with each oyher up front. What should have been a quick 5 minute visit to just exchange equipment turned into a little over an hour visit, that only got sped up cause i was being vocal about my displeasure about incredibly lazy workers. The manager tried throwing every excuse he had at me about he has to put up displays and take pictures to send to corporate, and it took him most of that hour to put up 2 displays that should have took no more than 5 minutes. Then he said he cant work the registers because the other people are the ones that get paid to due that and if he did it then it would be taking money from them. Even though after that he pointed out that most of the people werent even clocked in to work yet so he wouldnt have taken money from anyone and infact could have helped with the very angry customer base that was in the store. But he just kept shrugging off my comments and complaints with his only solution being he could show me what he is supposed to be doing, when i told him there is a time and place for putting up displays and very slowly walking around on his phone and being 10 angry customers deep isnt the time. The optics were horrible no matter what he said cause everyone waiting and everyone leaving was beyond pissed, and the store only opened up at 10 am, and it was 1130ish by the time i left. Personel change is very much needed at this store especially the management. The worker-bees can be retrained. These managers cannot.

The conversation with the salesman here ended with “screw you!” Went in to get a phone for my wife salesperson said the phone was $1,800 minus $1,000 minus rebate or credit or something for a trade-in phone or rebate or something. So I asked how much is the phone going to cost after all the different charges? He insisted $1,800. I said no, how much will the phone cost, you’re not selling the phone for $1,800 when you’re saying you reduce $1,000 and other stuff. How much is the phone. He insisted it was $1,800. I said I’m not paying $1,800 for a phone. He started to get louder and insisted the phone costs $1,800. I said, well I’m not paying $1,800 for the phone. He walked away and said I’m not arguing with you, screw you. So I guess that’s the customer service at spectrum. I should probably just go with T-Mobile.Update: response to merchant. No thank you. I will only return to drop off all my home Spectrum equipment.

Went to drop off equipment. Had tried signing up for their streaming service and was quoted 61.38 for streaming & internet. Cancelled after 3 days, was not quoted full amount, ended up over $104 after taxes & fees, and their xumo boxes stopped working after 2 days. Do not recommend their service.

Beware of your bill! I was being charged for a year for a landline phone service that I never asked for and never had!!! Once the mistake was noticed, I was told there was nothing they could do!! As if they couldn’t check to see that I actually did not have or use this service!! The Customer Service rep that put this on my account. I hope she doesn’t work there anymore.!!

I tried to return internet equipment here and they won't give you a receipt for the returned equipment and trust that it'll be taken off your account. I was referred to the UPS store if I wanted a receipt. Which is much quicker but seems like a backwards policy.

Went to this Spectrum store twice yesterday with the intention of buying 2 phones. Once we settled on our phones we were told the phones we wanted were there but in a new shipment that the manager needed to check in, so we needed to come back. We agreed to comeback in the morning, which we did.Yesterday we were told the trade in value of our phones would be $109 each but today the trade in value dropped to $9 each. I expressed my displeasure over the negative change but was told they had no control over it and was directed to call the billing office. I called while in the store and the customer service agent in billings said it was a store's problem not there's and that the store manager could fix the problem. After that call I asked to speak with the store manager (by now my displeasure was very obvious and I am pretty sure everyone in the store knew i was upset) but, the store manager who had been in the room slipped out the backdoor. He didn't care enough to help.Spectrum made it very clear, that they would not back what they offered 16 hours earlier and didn't care that they lied to me. Ironically they blamed the sales person from yesterday for the problem since they didn't offer to ship the phones or check in the phones. Not sure who was at fault, it felt like a run around, I didn't get my original trade in values and lost $200.This was a horrible experience and I regret spending our time and money with them. I can honestly now say, I hate this store.

Good service. My only issue here is the seating. There were many seniors in the waiting area with canes or walkers. Most were standing because the seats here are either too low (making them very difficult, and even dangerous, to get out of), or the tall bar-type stools that are impossible for these folks to climb onto. I have mentioned this to staff members many times, and they just shake their heads or shrug their shoulders and say that it's the way "Corporate" has designed the showroom.

So yes, Spectrum (and really any service stores) are incredibly slow in general, but I feel of all the spectrums I've been to, this is the best one! I had already turned in most of my equipment to UPS but I left out a couple things and needed to drop by. I was 4th on the list (at 5:30pm) and fully expected to have to wait an hour to get a simple answer to a question. All of the employees (~5 on the floor) were busy working with customers, but after one finished, he saw the digital line getting a bit longer and decided to ask the people waiting if they had simple fixes to gage what kind of problems they were going to have to deal with. Since my problem was just the one question, I was out of the store in 5 mins. I really appreciate when people are so proactive.

No complaints about this specific store location, but Spectrum internet is terrible. Frequent outages, interrupted streaming, and slow download times plague us even though it should be super fast according to what what we are paying for & the equipment we have.
