“I broke down in San Antonio with a major coolant leak. After calling around, Lone Star worked me into their busy schedule. I was happy to talk to an actual person and not a recording. Unfortunately, I broke down near Austin because the mechanic failed to torque the driveshaft to specs. Lone Star acknowledged the error and paid to have my truck towed back to their shop. They repaired my truck and trailer and had me on my way at the end of the day. I recommend Lone Star because they are honest and stand behind their work!”

“I live nearby so this is where I bring my lease truck for repairs and PMs. I generally drop off my truck and come back when the work is done. They usually finish quickly. I would only say to keep an extra set of keys on your person because they are prone to losing or misplacing the keys. They do solid work though and they have the ability to cut new keys on sight.”
“Not bad customer service I loved both ladies I met who managed the facility and when forgetting combination lock they charge little to get lock broken off. I only complain of unit because it's very poorly maintained as in walls all messed up and ugly”
“If I ever have an issue, Salem is here to help. I rented a straight truck in Dallas and on my way to Laredo, I had an ABS module light come on. I stopped here and they quickly looked at the issue. They hooked up the tractor to their laptop and no issues popped up.I also decided to fuel while I was here. The guy filling up my truck made small talk. He was nice, but asked me about religion. I respect everyone's opinion on politics and religion, but I don't want to talk to anyone about their views. It just opens it up to opinions rather than facts.I would 100% come here again.”

“Very quick and efficient check in and out. Really helpful crew. Located inside Home Depot. You can check in at the tool rental place. They have some blankets but if you want packing materials you'll have to go into Home Depot to get them.”

“I had issues with the towing wiring harness on my vehicle and Noe went above and beyond to help me trouble shoot so I could get on the road. He was patient and professional and it's only thanks to him that I got on the road at all. I would highly recommend them.”
