“I’ve gone to Crossroads for tire needs for about a year or so now. I enjoy going to a business that doesn’t have high turnover. It’s nice seeing the same person at every visit! Brent has been my go to! He is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ve purchased new tires for a trailer, stopped by for tire leaks in my GMC Yukon and most recently a cracked rim.
Service time is always quick and everything is explained to me!

“Finding an honest, trustworthy, thorough mechanic is a challenge. We recently moved to the area and this was one of the few things that I stressed about finding. Going to Brad and Rolando was the best decision ever. They immediately diagnosed the issue that I was having and even showed genuine concern over my safety when I thought about taking the car back while we waited for parts. They kept my car overnight and had all of the repairs completed the next day. These guys have earned my business for as long as I will live here and wouldn’t mind driving longer even if I moved away from this area. “I first visited Precision Align and Auto Service around 2010 at their location on University Drive in McKinney. I continued to take my vehicle and my family’s vehicles to them because of the exceptional service. I now live about 100 miles away and hadn’t been to Wes for several years. After a poor alignment at a shop near me, I made the drive to Wes and was immediately reminded of why I always went to him before. He is an honest, caring family man of the highest integrity. His new facility is “no frills” but please trust that his equipment, especially his alignment machine, is top notch and properly calibrated. Wes listened to my concerns and he worked very hard to dial in a very accurate alignment after a control arm replacement. My truck drives like new again. I highly, highly recommend Precision Align and Auto Service!”
“My wife and I had started our 8 hour trip from Dallas back to KC.. an hour into our trip, the drive belt snapped. I called around for a repair and few shops answered, let alone were open. First choice answered and said they would try to squeeze me in and get us back on the road ASAP. I was able to get towed to their shop and they immediately started looking at the car and ordered the belt needed for repair. Once the belt arrived, they had me back on the road in 15 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed with their efficiency and customer service. They turned a stressful situation into a positive one. “The dreaded "Low tire pressure" light was on! I knew it was probably due to the change in the weather, buuuut... you can't take that chance and wish you'd paid attention. I'd read a great review on these folks on the Neighborhood site and thought I might as well stop there. They are very friend;y people and the place is nice and clean. It turned out the weather was the culprit. The tires were all aired a bit and I was off in less than 15 minutes, with no more light screaming at me from the dash. And, did I mention there was no charge? Yep. I'll be back... they do oil changes ;-)”

“Larry is the best, been using him for years. I can't even count the number of cars we have brought him. Recently, the VW dealership told my mother in law it would be $3000 to fix her 2014 Bug. Larry towed it to the shop and fixed it for a little over $300. Been over a month ago, car is still running like a top.”

“I was looking for specific stickers to replace the original ones, to spruce up the look of the trailer. I walked in this location with what I thought was going to be a question with no solution but, I’ve never been so pleased with the efforts these guys put in to helping me. Coty, along with the other two gentleman in the building were so welcoming. They took their time helping me along the way to find the answers I was looking for. Definitely going back to these guys for future help”
