“I went to two places, and they refused to fix my tire 🙃, but I pulled into this place and was able to eat my salad while they fixed my tire. Great service from the gentleman; I cannot remember his name, but the service was quick and great. Pic is of tire before but I did not take one after but problem solve cause I drove all the way to fort hood military base and back today. Happy with my tire service.”

“We drove over an hour to this dealership to go through the Costco Auto Program and it was well worth it. We planned out and found my car through the phone and e-mail. And when my car arrive on the lot, I drove out there to trade-in my old car for a new RAV4 Hybrid. Since it was late and there were 2 customers in front of us, waiting for the final step with the finance department, our salesman (Edwin) ran and grabbed us dinner! Everyone was so sweet and nice. “I had a great experience with Brakes Plus. The team was honest, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was happening with my brakes. They gave me different estimates based on whether the caliper could be cleaned and freed or actually needed replacement, and they assured me they wouldn’t replace anything unnecessarily. I really appreciated that they focused on fixing the problem instead of trying to upsell me. They were transparent about the pricing, answered all my questions, and genuinely helped me out.
