“I cannot describe how pleasant my experience was with the Van Alstyne Post Office today.A package was listed as delivered. When I checked, the package wasn’t there. I called over to the Post Office and spoke with the Post Master.Long story short: he asked that I give it another hour or so and if the package hasn’t arrived to call him back.I did get the package about 45 minutes later. Didn’t want to call to the Post office again since I was sure they were crazy busy.In an act that I don’t see anymore, the Post Master called me back to confirm I received the package. Love the follow through”

“We love this location. The staff is patient and friendly. Reading these reviews cracks me up. Self entitlement at its best. Not all amazon packages can be dropped off without boxing or labels. The details of shipping are given when requesting a return. I know some of my returns have to be in original packaging and I have to print the label. This location has fast service, drop off is easy and fast. The prices are better than FedEx. We are paying for convenience and faster delivery than the usps. I canpromise usps or FedEx (Sherman) is not going to print my label for me. They are going to have the same response. Come prepared or come back when you are. Keep doing a great job.”
