“I just had one of the best experiences at this location. I go to UPS often and it's not every time that someone is extremely busy and has a level of patience, customer service, and the tentativeness that Craig just showed. Hats off to him man. He was the only one in the store and there were about four customers in there. One customer seemed like he had quite a bit going on but Craig was able to not only continue to help that customer, also help the remaining customers that were waiting in line, apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate us for the patience. Just overall awesome customer service and very informative as well. Craig, you're awesome.”
“We signed up to get the TSA PreCheck designation to make going through airport security faster. There were multiple places to choose from to go in to the interview portion of the process. I selected this Allen location to set up the appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and signed in at the desk set up for that purpose. We were immediately called back. We presented our passports, entered our phone number and email address on the screen, put thumbs and then the other 4 fingers for both hands on the screen when prompted. The entire process for both of us was less than 5 minutes! Shari was very professional and proficient. In fact we noticed we were back in the car to leave at 11:30 - our appointment time!”

“I have had a mailbox box at this UPS Store for several years, and always had a good experience with this store. Gabe the Mgr. does a fantastic job training the new employees, who always say hello when people enter the store, and the franchise owner is periodically in the store working hard to make sure things are running smoothly. If you are looking for an extra Mailbox for your Small Business, need Copies, Notary Services or Mailing a Package, give this store a chance, they won't disappoint you.”
“GREAT REVIEW!! I stopped in here to buy some stamps, one day, since it's on my normal route. After my first visit, I realized that it would be my new go-to destination for all shipping needs (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Also, if you need a last-minute greeting card for any occasion, they've got you covered. I've been there about 3 times, and I'm a huge fan! My loyalty to them stems from their kindness, friendliness, and overall great customer service. I've dealt with Arian and Angie. Both of them are super sweet, while meeting all your needs. There is another gentleman there sometimes, but I don't know his name. He is also super friendly and very welcoming when you enter the store. :-)
If you need printing, shipping, stamps, notary services or even passport pics, this is your spot! Thank you Mr. Parcel for being so accommodating, helpful and always sending me out door with a smile!”
