I was still unloaded before the 2 hr window, although I was expecting to be unloaded much sooner. Fast unloading once started.”

“Recently heard of this company when looking for a specific part for a material lift i have. I was unsuccessful in finding the part online, ebay, etc. I came to the store and was met with some of the best customer service I habe ever received. The associate, Zada, exceeded any and all expectations I had while trying to procure this part. I see other people's reviews regarding unloading times. I understand that frustration, and it seems the store could potentially be understaffed. But with today's market I empathize on trying to meet demands with limited capital. Overall this has been a really good experience and restored some of my faith in customer service interactions.”
