“I was on my way to Austin when my car suddenly started to act weird. I was in a rush because I had to be in Austin at a certain time for work. I went to O’Riley and they told me I had to replace my mass air flow sensor and I had to do it alone. I was far from home and far from where I needed to be. They gave me a list of mechanic shops but all of them seemed closed but I so happened to come across Alvarado Express Lube. I didn’t realize I was in Alvarado, Texas since I had been driving for a while. Funny thing, my last name is Alvarado. Anyways, I wanted to see if someone could check my car and see if it was something else so I stopped here and everybody was so kind since the beginning. They were able to help me even though it was by appointment and helped me fix my car. My car has been running perfectly ever since. I was truly blessed to have stopped here and may God bless everyone who helped me. I was able to make it to Austin on time and with no problem and back home. The guy who helped me, I wish you all the best. May you receive that ten fold. Truly! I don’t live in the area but if I did, I would definitely come back here for any car care. Thank you for the amazing and kind experience.”
“I brought my 4Runner in late in the day for a wheel alignment without an appointment. The team made no guarantees but assured me they would do their best to fit it in. Given the timing, I didn’t expect it to be completed the same day. To my surprise, they were able to accommodate me, perform the alignment, and set to the specs I requested. “I’m really happy I chose this location! I first thought Kwik Kar, which was only two minutes down the road, might be capable yet I left disappointed with no inspection. This place however was polite, friendly, and fast! The inspector did his walk and was in my car before I could make it inside the building. Customer service is something I take seriously as it is the foundation of a quality business. This experience was an utter delight as compared to the abysmal “service” at Kwik Kar.

Another Walmart had turned me down for a battery replacement earlier that day. This Walmart helped me out big time. They went out of their way to take care of me. Thank you again for your time. “Previously I’ve never used the service of this repair establishment. I was quickly greeted, they were very helpful, they got me in and out the same day for tune up and oil change. I recommend this location , I even spoke with other customers waiting for their vehicles to be completed they too stated extended experience with the them and total satisfaction with their service!Thank You!”
