The short Hispanic lady with glasses and a Messy bun was no help. Didn’t even try to understand the situation we were having and was just sitting on her ass on her phone. While WE called cricket service line and tried to get help OURSELVES in the store. So rude and disrespectful, this is another reason why I’m glad I switched.

Employees are simply rude. They lack customer service and empathy. I’m not sure if it was the manager or just employee but disappointed if I could give a negative star I would.

The location at 3112 N. Navarro St Ste C in Victoria, Texas is where we go and we have been very happy with them. Lisa goes above & beyond to assist customers and she is very easy going & very sweet. We so genuinely appreciate her!! Thank you again, Lisa for helping Mark & I with our cell phone needs! :)

Incompetent.
We in to store for a simple question about a new phone recently purchased.
Left with a brand new phone the the clown somehow deleted all my apps on.
Then said clown said whoever setup my phone deleted all my apps.
So back to a out of town store with competent people I go.
To bad I could not give half a Stat rating.

My wife and I needed to change providers and so we did some research and decided to go with Cricket. We chose this store for its location and we are glad we did. Katelynn was so very helpful. She went above and beyond by going to another location to get our new phones when they weren't in stock at her location. She helped us get the plan that met our needs and she got our phones set up for us with no problems. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything good customer service should be.10 out of 10, will use again.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with a cricket store! Seemed like the advocates and managers didn’t know what they were doing. They had messed up on my service and instead of trying to help the “manager in training” was trying to push me to call customer service on my phone, where they “might be able to help me” I’d much rather drive to the Cuero store ; They go above and beyond for there customers!!!

On 11-29-2021 I entered the Cricket store at 8806 N. Navarro, Victoria, TX 77904 at 11:30 to pay cash for my cell bill. After entering my PIN I refused to "Pick a Language" on their machine. I have paid cash in that very store for years and have never done that step. Normally the employee's are easy to get along with and will just do it to process my payment. The 2 female employee's working that day told me I was "Rude" for not picking a language and placed my cash payment back on the counter and told me "we will not process your payment and you have to leave the store now". I believe they were the rude people for the condescending tone in talking to me and the poor quality of service to a long term customer just trying to pay cash for a bill. I don't think I need to pick any language just to conduct business in this state or country. I also filed a complaint e-mail to the president in the Atlanta corporate office on this matter.
