5 stars five stars cinco estrellas. Yall have a good worker, Victor helped out a lot, I ended up leaving the store with 3 pairs of shoes, he even spoke Spanish!! Next time I come to JD I better hope Victor is there five stars

They always say they don't have the shoes size you need... Too lazy to go find shoes in the back. Happens every time.....

So the stores apparently have the discretion to not give a refund and only give a gift card when returning something purchased. Very rude “manager”. As much money as I spend I will no longer purchase from this store
