What’s the point of telling a customer we can have shipped to you quick and never getting the package nor arriving on time. Got notified late at night saying delivered never got it called ups said to call yall and did that was told a replacement would be sent but never got an email or text message about it. Should of never let you guys talk me into doing that order and have it sent to you

I found my grandson some Jordan black warmup pants. The tag had them on clearance for $8.00. There was 2 more pair of the same warmups and same size as the ones I picked up for my grandson. They were also marked $8.00 each also. I approached the girl at register and asked her if that was the correct price. She says “yes ma’am. Ok so I told her I was ready to check out. She scans the warmups and they scan $16.00. She calls someone on the phone and they tell her no that it’s their fault they were marked wrong. I told the cashier. “ Well there are 2 others on the rack marked wrong also. They could have honored the price to me as it being their mistake but didn’t. Other stores would have. So I did not purchase the warmups. Never going back there again!

Horrible place. The assistant manager picks on her co workers. She is a POS and doesn’t want to see anyone doing better than her. She is not a good person and a horrible assistant manager. Yall need to hire someone else, because she doesn’t know what she’s doing, she looks very incompetent and has so much animosity against certain people who work there.

Bought a pair of shoes on 2/8/24 took them home to my daughter to try them on. They didn’t fit took them back the next day on 2/9/24 and the so called manager said they had been worn and couldn’t exchange them for a smaller size. I wasn’t asking for the money back all i wanted was an exchange. He argued that they we’re worn but all she did was try them on. Now i have a pair of shoes that cost me over $100 that my daughter can’t wear ?

Finish Line in Victoria needs to retrain their staff to provide better customer service, specially that girl who told me she was the manager, wearing a large nose ring; she’s unprofessional. She certainly does know how to offer poor customer service. If she does not like her job, she needs to get another one that fits her rude nature. As a customer and military veteran, I spect better customer service when shopping.

So the stores apparently have the discretion to not give a refund and only give a gift card when returning something purchased. Very rude “manager”. As much money as I spend I will no longer purchase from this store

Walked in immediately found the shoe I wanted. Here's where the problem started. It took around 15 mins for me to finally get help. Once I tried on the shoe it took another 15 mins before I could get more help. Then I was told they were going to get the shoes, turns out the shoes were at the register the whole time. Did anyone that worked at the store communicate at all with me...no. I spent around 40 mins inside this store to buy one pair of shoes that I already saw immediately upon walking in. That's how horrible the customer service is. I'm sick and tired of stores hiring these youngsters that don't care at all about anything. Nobody apologized, nothing. They felt they did nothing wrong. Pathetic place. If you go to footlocker 100 workers will ask if you need help, if you walk in here you will he ignored and nobody will help you

It isn't right for this Establishment to not let people try on shoes just cause of what one person did! You shouldn't Punish everyone for one what one person did! If yall want to know A guy creased a pair of Jordan's! So if yall are thinking you can go and try on A show they won't let you! Why would I buy a show if I can't try it on! Bad Service!

Came in the store all the way from Houston and this has been my first time in Victoria tx. I received Great customer service from Jasmine and Joseph . Outstanding job guys !! Will definitely come back again . Warm welcome felt at home ..
