Rude and never have anything ready on time. Come back at 2 and still not ready come back at 4 and still not ready come back at 6 and have to wait and keeping driving around in the drive though until medicine is ready. Switching to Walgreens and not coming back

Pre-pay on my HEB app program is worthless. Please streamline this process so we can have our med’s delivered. Waiting in line at the drive thru to be treated rudely by staff is a real drag.

Worse service ever from a pharmacy. 1st was with my mother’s medicine and was told it was out of stock and they couldn’t tell me when it would be back in stock. Called the following day to check on it and was told that it had been ready for 4 days. Then today 2/3/25 Tanya wanted to get an attitude when asked when my daughter’s 4 prescriptions would be ready. She told me to watch the app and it would tell me when they’ll be available. There’s no prescriptions on my H‑E‑B app that are being prepared. I told her that I don’t receive updates that way and don’t watch my app all day and she said well they have things to do all day and she couldn’t tell me when the prescriptions would be ready. So I guess I’ll just call every hour until they are and I’ll also be reporting Tanya to corporate for the great customer service she provided. 😂

This pharmacy needs a new manager! You've seen the horrible consistent problems from others, and no positive changes. I waited a week for a drug to come in from your distributor, and there was not follow-up from your staff...I had to call and escalate to get action. Today, my doctor called-in a script and your staff sat on it not filling it cause there was no associated insurance info; lucky I called cause I don't trust HEB (they didn't reach out to me), and then they said it would take 45-minutues to fill a common drug. Don't ignore, YOU NEED CHANGE!

This pharmacy is, regularly, just slow. I always have to wait at least 15 to 30 minutes whether I'm inside or go through the drive through. A majority of the time there are at least 6 employees working and rarely do they ever have more than one cashier for inside customers and one for the drive through (2 lanes). It's frustrating when other employees see lines of customers and don't offer to open another register to help ease the wait. If this pharmacy wasn't the only one in town that carried my prescription, I would definitely take my business elsewhere.

They treat me differently when I’m picking up certain meds. Kevin even accused my boyfriend for stealing my meds and taking them. I did talk to the manager and he took care of it. I’m 39 today. I am just sick of people assuming or treating me like I abuse my meds or think that I’m just trying to get high off them. I just want respect when I pick up any of my meds no matter what kind they are.

I am so disgusted and disappointed in this pharmacy. I was called 10 minutes before 5pm when the pharmacy closed that my prescription was ready to be picked up. However upon arrived at 4:55pm the gate was already closed and I couldn’t get in to receive my prescription. Why call a patient 10 minutes before you close to then only be completely locked up and unavailable before your closing hours?!!?!
I am beyond frustrated that I now have to wait to be able to get my meds that I need, instead of just waiting to call me Monday morning when you are actually open and available.
This has been the worst display of professionalism, care, and lack of empathy I have seen from an industry that is designed to support and “care” for people.
I would honestly leave 0/5 stars if I could .

Grossly negligent, 2 times in a row I dropped off my prescription and give them 2 extra hours to fill my order. Then, it's not ready because there's an insurance question, not a problem, a question. So, they decide not to let me know, or anything, then, it takes 2 more hours! I have no choice but to use them as my medication is scarce. Terrible customer service, or lack thereof!

Usually this pharmacy to me is one of the best but it only takes 1 bad experience to change medicine to another location. Drive thru was closed prior to 6pm on April 27th. I parked walked inside with no one in line the lady said they were already closed to come back at 10am tomorrow. I looked at my phone and it just turned 6:01 I asked if she was serious and she said yes. I get it wanting to go home after working all day but 1 minute passed 6pm is going to hold you up longer.

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Long lines. Long drive thru. Sometimes is faster going inside, just to tell you your prescription is not ready when it was called the day before. If you don’t mind waiting in your car and catching up on emails than it’s good for you.

Fresh pharmacy techs hired since the pandemic are glorified cashiers. They aren't helpful to customers or knowledgeable about their own prices. Go to Rogers or Walgreens where they care & save yourself ten days in limbo. Old techs would have solved everything in 3 hours no matter what with insurance, price or Dr. Only time HEB+ meds are helpful is during Hurricane Harvey, but would not recommend any other time.

This place is a rip off I just checked the price of my insulin it’s 86 dollars here and Walmart pharmacy has exactly the same thing same brand name exactly for 24.88
