“Very clean room. The conditioner bottle was empty, a small detail but when you are paying full price for a room you expect certain things. Front desk clerk was very hospitable and friendly. Overall I would recommend this hotel.”
“We stay here for work frequently and the rooms are super spacious with enough room for over 6 people to stay for those big families. Thanks to the crew helping make out stay more delightful.”

“Stay there on a business trip. Everything was clean and nice. The hotel restaurant/bar people were also extremely. I recommend this place and the premier place to stop in Victoria.”
“It was a little noisy in my room on the first floor but I took my hearing aids out and it didn't bother me.
One gross thing was that the little soap in the box had been used and put back in the box. It was wet when I opened it. Good thing I had brought my own. ?”

“Nice place, but not a new BWP that Ive become used to visiting. In fact, it was a Key West hotel that they really didn't do much except clean it up, nicely I might add.
Great staff and a full breakfast, although online eluded to a continental breakfast. It was full with everything, eggs, bacon, waffles, etc...”

“The location is convenient, just as you get into town and there are a few restaurants and a Walmart super close. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The outside looks a little worn (they are renovating now) but the rooms are clean and efficient. Comfy bed and pillows which is a big plus for me. Also, there is a coin op laundry room.
Noteworthy details: One thing I did not know is that you can’t have any guests who aren’t on the reservation after 9pm. I happened to be in a town that I have friends in, otherwise it’s always just me. This rule is a first for me in all my travels. I personally did not see this in print anywhere…”

“Got a King suite and I was disappointed that the TVs only had like 10 channels. You would think that spending the amount I did that the room would atleast have some sort of smart TV or atleast basic channels. Just bring your own source of entertainment i guess. The tub stopper was broken so the juccuzi tub was not usable. And all the lobby floors and elevators were soaked with water. And make sure to bring some food with you. Maybe it's because I ordered after 9pm but my salmon was very overcooked.”

“I’ve currently been staying here for nearly two months due to an ongoing situation I’m currently dealing with. The location is neighbored right next to Walmart and many other local amenities. More importantly? My job. Service from both Keisia and Kea is phenomenal. From working with my ongoing situation lowering my rates to even checking on me when I had too hot of a shower and set off the smoke detector. Also love the feeling of coming back to my room after working a double to a freshly cleaned room with fresh towels and sheets. If I ever find myself in another situation like I’m currently in, I’ll most definitely be returning to see Keisia and Kea.Walkability: Tons of amenities nearby that are walkable.”
“The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. They were so courteous and polite. We stayed in a hotel across the highway and it smelled and the staff was rude. Definitely a nice surprise to come to Fairfield where the place and people were great. The only thing is the pool was cold. A heated pool would have been awesome. My 2 year old grandson was freezing cold. He did his best to enjoy it but eventually asked to get out because he was so cold. Other than that I highly recommend this place. Such a pleasant atmosphere.”
