Candlewood Suites Victoria by IHG is a great hotel with perfect rooms that are cleaned and restocked. Guests report the best pillow experience ever and appreciate the free laundry. The customer service is top tier, exceptional, quick, and wonderful, with staff described as amazing, respectful, always welcoming, and going above and beyond to meet needs. The team is quick to fix any issue or inconvenience. Many guests state this is their place to stay when visiting Victoria, that they will stay again, and would definitely recommend it to others.
I want to start by saying Zack was an excellent help at the front desk. We were about 10 minutes early and he was nice enough to check to see if the room was available and got us in. Also the rooms are much nicer than comparable hotels in Victoria. Great customer service and room, not much more I could ask for.
