“My husband and I blocked rooms at The Courtyard by Marriott in Victoria for our wedding guests in May. We also had our dinner rehearsal here. The hotel was so easy to work with when blocking rooms and arranging the meeting room for our rehearsal dinner. The staff at the hotel was exceptional and so accommodating every step of the way during our wedding weekend. We had guests coming in from out of town and out state and I can honestly say everyone only had positive things to say about their stay here. Our guests loved it and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our weekend wonderful for us and our guests.”

“Ariel is an exceptional person. She has gone out of her way to help us every time we come into town. She has good customer service etiquette. We will always come to stay at this hotel. Very clean, quiet, rooms are very nice and clean. Laundry room nice and swimming pool very clean. Ariel is the person to see for your booking experience. “It seems like This Hampton Inn wasn't fully renovated. In the room I stayed smells like humanity and mold.Bed sheets smelled of old furniture so I had to spray my room to refresh.The bathroom was generally clean, but the water in the shower tub did not drain well. When I finished showering, the water was up to my ankles.I didn't call the lobby at that time cuz I was so tired and I had to leave early.And the TV was too small(guess btw 20-24inchs)I love Hilton so, I wish if I come back later I want to see if they will make some upgrades!”

“We were here Jan 29-Feb 4, 2024. Stay was great over all. Staff seemed to be nice and helpful in most ways. Restaurant was good reasonable prices and food really good, try the wings they are so good. The terrace is really nice comfortable and relaxing. We didn’t eat breakfast normally nothing we can eat on our diets. I took a start away because there are only two washers and one was out of order, also they did not have quarters like they told me when I called before I booked. I had to go to Wells Fargo.We did like that we could walk the sidewalk around the whole building and the parking lot is well lit. The location seemed good and safe. You can sit out and enjoy oldies music from the Honda dealer across the street. That was kinda neat. Our room 413 was nice seemed cleaned. I didn’t care for the towels hanging in the shower. Also the fridge either you had to freeze everything or you didn’t get anything cold.They did offer cookies hot chocolate and flavor water to guests in the lobby. This is a beautiful hotel.Elevator was pretty fast.We do recommend this hotel. They also have diamond members parking.Near restaurants which we recommend Sky restaurant near Victoria Airport!! The seafood soup is amazing and the wagu steak.”

“Very friendly staff, hotel is also very nice and very well kept up on. You can tell the place is very well managed and cared for. We normally stay at hiltons and this place blows them away and seems much better and the staff is way better! Highly recommended and we certainly will be staying again when we pass thru Victoria.”

“My husband and I stayed for one night and it was probably the best motel 6 we have ever stayed at! The lady at the front desk was soooo nice, friendly and super helpful... I feel bad that I didn't get her name because she went above and beyond to make us feel right at home :) the room was recently renovated and the beds were extremely comfortable- I didn't want to leave. Spotless bathroom and great neighborhood ?. We felt totally safe. I guess this was a rough area in the past - but you can rest assured that this is no longer the case. Do not hesitate to book this motel for your stay. They also have specials on multi day and weekly rentals :)Rooms: Brand new renovated roomsSafety: Felt very safeWalkability: Convenience stores and restaurants nearby”

“Went there for a year straight every weekend, honestly the ladies in the front were always nice to me, and the experience was overall great. Just one thing I wish they had was overtime. Because 11 am as a check out is too tiring. Wish it was 12 or 1 pm. Other than that is great!”
