“Without going into too much detail we dropped off a package to be shipped UPS red overnight delivery. Needless to say our local UPS Store handled everything correctly and accurately but UPS dropped the ball somewhere then they tried to blame the local store. I was going to leave a negative review for this local store. However I cannot in all honesty do that not only was I able to contact the owner but he was very polite professional kept his word went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me out. He even called me back the following day to check and let me know the update on the package. I would feel comfortable recommending either one of his stores here in victoria. Craig is a true gentleman and a very honest person. This wasn't their fault even though UPS tried to blame it on them.
