Employees welcomed everyone as they entered the store and anyone not working the front counter continued working as a team keeping things tidy & packing. It was great to see team work alive & well at The UPS Store!! Keep up the great job, stay positive, your efforts are not unnoticed!”

“I went to the UPS store and was assisted by Kyle Jackson with a return of a fraudulent order on my AT&T Account. He helped me with getting the label printed from my email and immediately noticed that the return label was photoshopped - he noticed that the person that I was on my cell phone was giving me instructions on speaker phone and asked if he could see my phone, he pushed the mute button and asked me if the person on the call could possibly be the person committing the fraud. Kyle Jackson noticed that the address at 2515 Clayton Ave Harrisburg PA 17109 is NOT an address for AT&T returns. I took the package to the nearest AT&T store and they gave me the real return address label. Kyle is my Hero whom saved me from a 2 year payment plan for a tablet that I almost shipped to the jerk committing the fraud. I pray God Blesses Kyle for saving me from this nightmare. Kyle should be promoted to manager! He’s a true gem and I hope his parents are proud of the man they raised!!!!”

“I will say even with maps is was hard to locate but I was distracted even having to go to FedEx. That's kind of irrelevant but it's sets the tone for my review. My online label was lost before printing and couldn't be retrieved unless I went to the physical location. This was not the fault of FedEx but explains my previously mentioned distraction. When I arrived I first went to the main shipping center and the shipping agent was extremely friendly and helpful. She was working quickly and efficiently through the line of visitors. While in line I noticed plenty of supplies for customers to ship their items such as boxes, poly mailers, bubblewrap, paper, envelopes pretty much whatever you would need. When I (quickly) reached the front of the line I explained my situation and to her disappointed she couldn't help but sent me a few doors down to ground shipping. There's a little room with a phone and a phone number available in English or Spanish. It has speaker phone. You don't even have to hold the receiver to your face. Dial the number and you're good to go. They answered within a couple rings. After a few minutes discussing the problem an agent came from the back with a reprinted label. She saved the day and my reputation on an online selling platform. I trotted back over to the main shipping center and within 2 minutes was out the door happy to have my problem solved and my package on it's way. FedEx is out of the way for me now that it's original location is closed but that might not apply to you so for the sake of fairness I would absolutely recommend this FedEx. The agents are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. If it weren't for the 30 minute round trip drive I would continue to use them and I recommend that if their location is either convenient for you or you don't mind the drive definitely use them for all your shipping needs.”
