“Fedex missed delivering to my office 2 days so I requested they leave it at the station and I'll pick it up. Stopped by Saturday at 11:55 am but they were unable to find the package. So I left extremely frustrated. As I pulled into my neighborhood Fedex called to let me know my package had been located. Did I want to return and pick it up? Of course not, just deliver it on Monday please. Ten minutes later they called and asked for my home address. Fifteen minutes later my package was dropped off. That is how businesses should operate. Thank you Fedex!!”

“The store is always clean, and neat. Even when there is a line for service, the line always moves fast. The customer service is always friendly, cheerful, and helpful!
