“Phoned Ava florist in Victoria Texas with a request for a sympathy spray to be delivered to the funeral home for today which is May 5th. After speaking with the rep for 21 minutes to place an order over the phone, I was promised by same rep that the order will be delivered to the funeral home today for a service tomorrow, May 6th. After going back and forth with them throughout the day, about the delivery address, they informed me at 4:30 p.m. that they cannot make my delivery today, nor tomorrow. I immediately had them cancel my order. I phoned McAdams Floral located in Victoria, Tx at 4:40pm, spoke with Cheryl. She did acknowledge that it was late in the day but she said she'd see what she could do to help me. She sent me a picture of a beautiful peace lily plant arrangement with a statue of an angel in it, we chose this. She told me it could be delivered to the church before the service starts tomorrow. I am more than grateful to Cheryl for doing all she could, going the extra mile, at the last minute of the day, to ensure that our loved ones received a memorial from our family since we could not physically attend the service. Thank you McAdams Florist and Cheryl for helping us at the last minute. She truly understood my anxiety. I will be forever grateful.”

“Great in- house dog groomer! My Mom has taken her 2 Shih Tzus to this location for years & they always leave smelling wonderful & stylishly groomed. Most importantly, the dogs have never been injured/ nicked/ cut while having their fur groomed. Safe, impeccably clean & wonderful service.”

“Trust me Victoria Home Depot is head and shoulders above Lowes. They have always treated me very well. if I need help on something I always go to home depot, never to lowe's. they are patient at home depot and they also have cut a lot of lumber, for me, in the past. there's a gentleman that works in the lumber department. I can't remember his name but he is absolutely excellent and I even made a comment to The store manager about him.”

“I have been working with Brandon Arnold, General Manager, on a project and have found him to be helpful, resourceful and efficient. The staff Rick, William Miranda, were also very responsive and if they couldn't answer my question they were sure to follow up.Staffing issues, vacations, and general leftover covid concerns have certainly challenged all businesses, and I appreciate how hard the Victoria Home Depot is working to remedy any issues. THANKS!!!”
