“08/15/23 I went in and was looking for a hand saw that would make it easier for me to cut 1/4 round trim. What I had was not working. My circular saw jumped around too much and I like having 10 fingers. The manager showed me a Flush Cut Saw. I'm telling you the difference between THAT and what I had been using was like night and day. I thought I was cutting butter. That's how much easier this saw is. Thank you so very much for recommending this to me.”

“We bought cabinets at the Temple location which had amazing customer service. We had to return a couple cabinets due to a miscalculation in the measurements. We returned the cabinets to the Victoria location and purchased a few additional cabinets. Once again we were met with exceptional customer service. We bought unstained cabinets to stain ourselves and a couple laminate countertops. The quality of the cabinets far exceeds the big name box stores and the prices are better also. We plan to do some future renovations and will most definitely return to Home Outlet. They have a great selection of home improvement products, the pricing is reasonable, and I can't express enough how pleased we are with the exceptional customer service of each Home Outlet employee we have dealt with.”
“I tried purchasing windows and doors at Home Depot and Lowes to only be given the run around...noone available at this time...or they are at lunch, at 530 in the evening! Twice! I left and went to McCoys one evening. I was professionally greeted by Dylan who helped me pick and select what windows and doors were needed for my home build by looking over my house plans. Doing it myself takes knowledgeable people along the way and I found that at McCoys with Dylan. Once the windows and doors came in I was given a call confirming they were in. I went to pick them up not realizing the wrong color was ordered. Dylan and his manager made it right. I received a call today my windows were in two weeks later. I am grateful for the change. My receipt clearly stated no exchanges or returns on special orders. It did not have to go so well...but it did! Thank you MCCoys! I'll be back soon....”
“I believe Warrior Supply is a local family owned business in Victoria. They are the best of the best at what products they have for sale. What sells me is the awesome customer service. We are blessed to have a Christian based family business in our area. I for one visit them for sure around Christmas. They have been a yearly establishment that helps with the Marine Corp Toys for Tots. An organization that trys and makes sure every child has a gift for Christmas. We need to support business's such as Warrior Supply, for they are a gem amongst us. Thank you, God bless”
“I had a steel line start leaking on a Mahindra tractor and went to a local Napa auto parts store Saturday morning in Yorktown to have a rubber line made up to replace it and they did not have metric fittings so the man referred me to Hansa in Victoria.I'm happy that he did. The people that I met today are nice folks that are very knowledgeable when it comes to hydraulicsI showed up Monday morning shortly after they opened up. They knew exactly what I needed and fixed me up immediately and I was back on the road headed back to Yorktown and in the field working with my tractor again by 11 a.m.Even though it takes me almost an hour to get to them I don't think I will ever go anywhere else for hydraulic hoses because I know if I walk in there needing anything hydraulic related they will have it and they will have it at a reasonable price.Thank you for the great service.Kenny Roberts”

“Customer service provided by Dillon in the tile department, Andrew in the bathroom sink and vanity department , and Richard at checkout made this experience extremely rewarding and easy. Excellent job by these three gentleman, especially due to the late hour I went to the store. Usually the closer to closing the tougher it is to find assistance, but not during this visit.
