I even ordered the wrong thing multiple times. Joshua took over with the plans to best utilize the space and ensure I got exactly what I needed. He was so patient with my indecisiveness and worked with me through exchanges and stock issues. Joshua provided me multiple layouts to decide from and made any requested adjustments. Joshua was super responsive through the entire process and got my kitchen replanned, cabinets selected, and assembled/ready for pick up within 24 hours of me realizing the issue. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be working with Joshua on any future projects!”

“My AC capacitor went out on a Saturday. I called at 11:35 am, and they close at Noon; I told them I lived out of Fannin Rd but was headed that way ASAP! I broke all the posted speed limits to get to town by noon to pick up a new one.
Excellent customer service and care!

“I had a steel line start leaking on a Mahindra tractor and went to a local Napa auto parts store Saturday morning in Yorktown to have a rubber line made up to replace it and they did not have metric fittings so the man referred me to Hansa in Victoria.I'm happy that he did. The people that I met today are nice folks that are very knowledgeable when it comes to hydraulicsI showed up Monday morning shortly after they opened up. They knew exactly what I needed and fixed me up immediately and I was back on the road headed back to Yorktown and in the field working with my tractor again by 11 a.m.Even though it takes me almost an hour to get to them I don't think I will ever go anywhere else for hydraulic hoses because I know if I walk in there needing anything hydraulic related they will have it and they will have it at a reasonable price.Thank you for the great service.Kenny Roberts”

“This is not your average everyday hardware store I walked in. I was like where has this been all my life. There's a coffee bar they sell purses cups jewelry cowhys. It's just not about grass cutters and screws and drills and lawn mowers. This is a whole new take. I was amazed. The place was so clean and friendly and it was fully staffed. There's plenty of parking outside. It just blew my mind that this was a hardware store, but it wasn't your grandma's or your daddy's hardware store anymore..”
“Recently built my kids a playset from $16 plans I found on Etsy. I bought all my wood from McCoys and would highly recommend everyone else do the same. Any time I've needed anything, this location has been fast, helpful, and ready to assist. The yard workers are always fast, present, and extremely helpful. If you need standard treated/untreated lumber in Victoria, this is place you need to come.”
