Very impressed with the customer service, quality and turn around time. This was my first time dealing with them one-on-one but we have been apart of other organizations that have used them in the past and the turn around time and quality of their work has always been amazing! “Fedex missed delivering to my office 2 days so I requested they leave it at the station and I'll pick it up. Stopped by Saturday at 11:55 am but they were unable to find the package. So I left extremely frustrated. As I pulled into my neighborhood Fedex called to let me know my package had been located. Did I want to return and pick it up? Of course not, just deliver it on Monday please. Ten minutes later they called and asked for my home address. Fifteen minutes later my package was dropped off. That is how businesses should operate. Thank you Fedex!!”
