Our Mom had two checking accounts - personal and farm. We purposefully left these open when she passed away to pay bills until the estate settled. With zero notification (email, phone, or letter) to her or my sister who was also on the accounts, Prosperity froze the account. Esssential services on autopay (electric, water, phone) were returned unpaid. We weren't even able to view the accounts online anymore. This is terrible customer service and at the worst time when the family is dealing with so many other things.

I will not ever inquire in this bank because of my bad experience; they are rude and not knowledgeable. miss Cindy McDonald is the worst employee. Hopefully, prosperity will hire competent employees.

I will give zero stars this branch is horrible i try borrow loan from them I submitted 6 times the documents they ask disorganized, not knowledgeable i will my time , I lost the deal and my earnest money don’t transact cindy. Never do business in this branch lessons learned.

Terrible customer service in the loan department. Almost impossible to get in touch with. Doesn't return calls for days. She would rather send a long email than have enough courtesy to call. NOT IMPRESSED.

This is the worst bank in history and beyond, I'm very disgusted in how they run their business they are not for the people but for their pockets prosperity bank's is the place not to bank, they make Wells Fargo look better in every way and that's because I hate that branch as well, stop making up lies to the people and work with them, life and the economy is not easy for us the low wage class who have rent to pay and putting food on the table so either shut down or improve the Branch and work with others.

Next to Wellsfargo, prosperity bank as really lost touch with a lot of the average customers. That must be what happen when a financial institution get to big to fast. I will be closing my account very soon.

This bank is the worst. Card never works! Customer service is not professional by any means. They put words in your mouth to cover their own asses.
