They listen, and they helped us when we needed it. We switched from AT&T after being customers since the late 80's, we love our new phones, our plan, and our insurance. We met the store manager and several of the associates great crew he's got there. I think we made the right decision. I'm very happy so far.

Trent was the perfect person to talk to. He made us so grateful we made the switch to Verizon. Absolutely amazing service, we felt extremely happy and will be traveling back from Corpus Christi when we need something just see him! Knowledgeable, patient, and caring.
