“It is always clean and well kept. They're getting much better about making sure people pull in the right way which is helpful. The attendants are always very friendly and attentive. They are also super committed to the awesome Sam's customer service that we've come to love, and making sure you don't need any help. Lol for instance when I was having disagreement with my phone for not wanting to load the app to scan the QR code, the attendant more or less ran over to make sure everything was okay. Which you gotta love technology sometimes. I've never had any issues getting fuel here.”

We went in for about a hour and when came out we were almost to the car and he already stopped us and asked if we would like help loading our car. He’s well mannered and respectful! “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Top-Class Service at Sam’s Club Tire Center – Victoria, TX I had an incredible experience at the Sam’s Club Tire Center in Victoria thanks to Jack, who went above and beyond to help me with a new tire. His professionalism, attitude, and attention to detail were absolutely world-class. I’ve been to many places over the years, but the level of service Jack delivered truly stood out. He handled everything smoothly, treated me with respect, and made sure the job was done right — fast, friendly, and with care. Sam’s Club should be proud to have someone like Jack on their team. Service like this builds loyalty and reflects extremely well on the company. Highly recommend this location — and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Jack, you’ll see what I mean.”

“I am giving this Sams 5 because of Lina that works in the grill. I was greeted with a nice smile and how can I help you. I asked for her to put the hot dog I ordered into the pizza oven half way so I could have a HOT dog and a crispy bun. Lyna didn't hesitate for 2 seconds "I have never done but sure" . It might be against Sam's policy who knows I am guessing it might be because the other lady did not seem happy she was doing it. This might be the only time I get a toasted bun but I will not forget Lina thanks for making my day!”
