She was so accommodating I had a battery issue she actually came out to my car with another gentleman tested my battery made sure that it was bad and immediately started getting the process for me to get a new battery. She asked one of the gentlemen if they would be willing to replace the battery for me here in the parking lot someone said yes. I came out here a young man they Joseph finished changing my battery very quickly and with a smile in this heat and this humidity. There was another gentleman that helped us well I did not look at his name tag he had tattoos but he was very nice. I want to give a huge shoutout to Cece at O’Reilly Auto Parts on East Lucas in Beaumont, TX. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service were truly top-notch.

I had an issue with a gasket that was originally sold to me at a different O’Reilly location, North Major Drive, Beaumont, TX and turned out to be incorrect. They refused to help me. Cece took the time to listen, understood the situation immediately, and went above and beyond to help resolve it. She handled the return professionally and made sure I was exchanged for the correct gasket without any hassle.

It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. Cece was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. Because of her, I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future parts needs.
