“After almost two months of being at the local mercedes stealership as well as a collision center that needs a whole lot of provisions, I got fed about the amount of time it was taking, lack of communication, and the COST which was $4500. I was referred by a client of mine about Scott's import and decided to give them a shot. I called them for a quote and was given a quote as promised in less that 30 minutes which also was HALF THE PRICE of what the stealership quoted me for. I left my car with them over the weekend and was done IN LESS THAN 3 DAYS!!!! They called and communicated with me so well and I felt like I was a part of the process every step of the way. They were very nice and made me feel like I was a part of their family. Scott's Import is truly and example of how a business takes care of their customers. 10/10 would recommend.”

“This place is awesome!!! Literally felt like I went to families house while my car was being repaired. Unlike majority of repair shops the staff not only inform you of the issue with your vehicle but they educate you on the functions of the parts needing to be repaired or replaced. They answered every question I had the vibe of the entire facility was just warm and welcoming. Great movie selections while you wait. And the price! My stomach was turning while I was waiting on the estimate. And I couldn't believe how reasonable and affordable it was! I Literally asked "that's it?!" “Havoline Xpress Lube was a good experience! I tried to call ahead to make an appointment. The phone was answered immediately and the gentleman was very helpful. He did mention they do not take appointments and it is first come first serve. When we arrived there were already 9 cars there. I needed an oil change and a tire rotation, and I was on and out within the hour. Their team is efficient and helpful. An extra bonus: they give you a free car wash pass to the gas station next door!”

“Kinsel's service department Rocks I know I know your probably saying oh yeah sure but I just got my Ford Explorer 21 worked on getting a new tire and wow!!! “If I could give 100 stars I would.Just took our new 2022 Ram 1500 truck in for an oil change since Walmart blew the transmission in our Tahoe not checking fluids I didn't want to go back.Never had to get out of our truck, they explained everything and even corrected me and I was absolutely wrong I looked up the wrong year model. They absolutely know what they are doing. The girl that guided me in, took the info, processed my payment, and helped me learn how to reset the oil light myself. 10/10 she's awesome!The guys were awesome also! Extremely quick and also brought our air filter over and said it wasn't horrible, a little dirty, but was the original filter with a little under 30K miles so we went ahead and changed that.Will be bringing my vehicles here from now on. Keep up the awesome job y'all! ?”
