Owning a Tesla can make tire replacement stressful since so many shops won’t touch them but Vinton Tire Shop shocked me in the best way possible. Affordable, quick, and Tesla-ready, Sergio came out fully prepared with Tesla lifting pucks, something only a trained and certified shop would know to use or have on hand. Right away I felt confident my Model X was in the right hands.
A month later I decided to upgrade my tires, and of course I went back. Not only does Vinton Tire have all the right tools, but I was impressed watching how carefully Sergio handled my rims on their new tire machine. That level of attention to detail is rare, especially when you’re used to hearing about high repair bills from Tesla and other big-name competitors who use the same equipment.
They’re open late, answer the phone, and are always super professional. I’ll gladly drive out of my way to make sure Vinton Tire is the one taking care of my Tesla. “They did a great job, and I was surprised at what was included for $74 (with taxes). In addition to an oil change, they also filled a tire that was a bit low, and topped off my brake fluid, washer fluid, etc. Months ago before I was even a customer, the nice employees even helped me catch my new husky when he escaped on his way out of the vet. While most oil change businesses had their doors closed, Oil Changers was up to the task and open for business. My vehicle was topped off and simply because they were open, I opted for their up-sale. “First time visitor to Brake Masters. It was a great first time visit, I took my wife's vehicle to get her brakes checked thinking that they need to be replaced because she's been hearing squeaking noise from her brakes. I find out that her brakes are still in good condition the technician showed me the front and back brake pads, he also told me that the reason for the squeaking the brakes are making is because of all the dust storms that we've been experiencing here in El Paso, all that dust gets into the brakes pads. He cleaned the brake pads for me and put them back on and came back and told me that I was all set I shouldn't hear anymore squeaking sounds. Thx Brake Masters.”

Bought 2 new tires and his crew even stayed after 6pm to install, balance and finish the job with my truck. Awsome manager and workers. Highly recommend!”

Don’t know if it is the same owner now but I have to say, I now only bring my car to them. They are honest and fair. I brought my car over for a concerning noise in the transmission. They inspected it for a fair price and found the actual problem in the drivetrain, no costly transmission rebuild needed. Now I have peace of mind that my car is safe to use, and I will definitely return when it's time for a repair or replacement.
A few years ago they also replaced the transmission in my father's Mustang and it runs fantastic.”
“Been here throughout the years, hate to be there because it likely means my car needs work but they are absolutely the best. Most recently, I used them a few months ago. Always super fair pricing.
I reached out via phone and wasn't able to get them but they did send me a text letting me know they were busy and my request. I sent them the details, got a call a few minutes after.
My Kia Sorento 2019 went out in the middle of traffic. After replacing the fuel pump myself and the SUV dying again, towed it there. They took their time, evaluated, we worked together to get a fuel pump replacement, and then they went ahead and found the main issue, a double short from an issue with the thermostat. They got it running and out the door.
Before that, they also worked on my 2015 Dodge Charger to change the oil housing as it cracked. Same day drop off and given to me.
Years back, they changed the airbag suspension to regular suspension on my 1999 Ford Explorer. That same SUV, they fixed an issue where it would shut off when turning left.

Now we traded our 2019 Kia Sorento for a 2025 GMC Sierra because there was still an issue with the transmission which I was going to have them work on as well but went the other route. I would trust them with my brand new vehicle any day and will likely go to them for maintenance.”
