“As a store manager myself, this location never disappoints. Always stocked, and clean. I was looking for a keychain I had found in another location but didn’t get to buy, I was 200% sure I wasn’t going to find it here, but decided to ask a girl employee that was helping us with the checkout either way. She said she remembered seeing it, and found it for me! To be honest, many places that I’ve been to would’ve said “oh yea no we ran out”, but stores need more people like her. Will always return to this location even if I have others closer to me.”
“This place has great deals. They just need some help organizing the place. It is very cluttered. The young lady greeting you is nice and helpful. The young man was a little rude, especially when you don't know the checkout process.”
“The best guest/customer service I have ever had in a long time. Sabrina provided the best service. She greeted me. Thanked me. She is very helpful. Nice great attitude. “Even though I sometimes have issues with their app, I still come to this location every once in awhile. I like to use their app because it offers coupons. Dollar General is a good place to come if you're only looking for a couple of items. They have a $1 aisle with items like dish washing soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, soap, etc. The employees at this location are nice and helpful. During the COVID-19 quarantine, I was thrilled to find paper towels here! I hadn't been able to find any for about a month, maybe longer. I was pretty upset when I saw an elderly woman put 20 to 30 packs of toilet paper in her cart! She wiped out the store! I let it go but really should've spoken up. Talk about greed! Maybe I should've followed her to her house! I'm kidding people! If she lived through the Great Depression, she is fully stocked already. I'll be coming here again, especially during this time. Maybe next time they'll be stocked up with more toilet paper!”
“Always a good place to go get missing items when cooking. It has a little bit of everything, breakfast, lunch, of dinner. The snack (chips, cookies, etc.) is also very good and always stocked. There is also a good quantity of cleaning materials, party supplies, office supplies and medicine. It's obviously not indented to be supermarket, it severs it's purpose very well especially when it's conveniently located. Surprisingly they also have a good stock of Mexican food items and condiments. I often find myself going here to grab milk, bread, cheese, detergent, condiments and some other items, great service. Sometimes there is a long line, about 5 people but they'll quickly open a second register. Plus this beats driving 10-15 minutes away to Walmart and all the traffic and standing in line at Walmart with 1 or 2 people but with full cart of groceries.”
“Awesome store, really great customer service, but the aisles are usually a mess. Why didn't I doc a star for that? Because it's the dollar, and there's always a mess somewhere in the dollar general. It's part of the experience.”
“I don't go to Big Lots that often, mostly to buy popcorn and outdoor lighting. They have a fantastic selection of both at great prices. Kettle corn for the win! My friend shops at Big Lots a lot. The cashier was very helpful for her find and to use an e-coupon she'd been sent as a frequent buyer.”
“Honestly I was surprised with the selection they offer. I use to be a family dollar type of shopper, but quickly realized that Dollar General offers more products. This place is convenient if you need to pick up a few things and don’t want to drive down Artcraft. Back streets allow for easy access, and the manager is friendly. Love the selection and the convenience.”
“I never really go to this location because the employees are rude. However i was in a rush and had no choice but to go to this particular store. To my surprise this time, this very nice employee named melody helped me find everything and answered any and all questions without any hesitations. She changed my view on the company. I would like to suggest to customers like me that we do not mistreat the products so much and that we return them to their boxes so as not to decomplete them, since we are the beneficiaries. It doesn't matter poorly accommodated but complete. Well, it's my personal opinion, I do return them to their box. ?”
“No lie, when you're on a budget, Jolly (Dollar) Tree pulls thru in clutch. I recently stopped by this particular one on Desert Blvd. and let me tell you!! They have more selection than others I've been to. I'm Halloween ready and it's not even September yet!! I'm a procrastinator so that says a lot frfr.”
