I’ve called couple other body shops around prior to coming to this Carstar location and people were rude on the phone and said they don’t have anything available for 3-4 weeks, but this place is by far THE BEST place from very friendly lady on the phone to the very honest adjuster. They were able to get me in the same day for estimate. When I had trouble finding the place, the lady on the phone was very nice and explained exactly how to get there (as they are little bit away from 90w) The service writer Marcos was very professional, gave his honest opinion and they were able to fix my car the same day. It’s definitely the best service I’ve ever had with body shops. So friendly and honest people. Highly recommend this place, you will not regret!”

“I just wanted to share my experience I had at Rodriguez radiator shop. I took my Impala there to get my radiator replaced the other day and I will say it was a awesome experience. Great customer service family owned business. Guys were helpful and know what there doing. From the pricing to getting it done in a timely matter to the services they provide. They really know what they are doing and cannot say enough good things about them. Amazing quality, very happy with the great customer service they provide!! Then, in August 2023 my truck was sideswiped on the cab and bed and repaired, but the auto body shop did not place my camper correctly and my dome light no longer worked.Last week, I went in to Ike’s and Carlos went above and beyond to re-align my camper and repair my dome light. (I didn’t even have an appointment)Great communication and customer service. Honestly I didn’t feel like a customer, I felt more like family!! (heart emoji here)”
