“Bagging out my garage incorrectly left me with very visible white scuff marks on my passenger door and rear panel. I looked up collision shops in my area. Lux Collision was one of the recommended businesses. Once I arrived, I was met with a friendly and smiling face by the name of Lisa. I asked if they could buff out the marks previously mentioned. With enthusiasm, she led me inside and left to speak with the worker in the bodyshop. Ten minutes later she came back and I went outside to see everything was cleaned up. All the scuffs were removed.
I asked what I owed?...Nothing.. they did it on the house. For free. I really appreciate she and Gabriel's kindness. Thank you, again. ?”

“Juiels Auto Clinic on the north side was fantastic! My car was in an accident and the shop worked with me and State Farm and the process was so simple and handled all by the shop. Giselle was so helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. From getting scheduled for the estimate, to repairs, to pick up, Giselle heat me in the loop and everything turned out great. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.”
“This place did an absolutely amazing job. I went to them because they had such good reviews, and they did not disappoint.
They scheduled me in quickly. When I arrived, Erica was very friendly and straight to the point. She showed me exactly what they would need to do. She advised me how they could address damage from two claims at the same time. They also contacted enterprise and had my rental company come and pick me up.
My vehicle was done earlier than expected by at least a few days. I wasn’t going to be able to come and get it due to my work schedule. The shop offered and sent someone out same day to deliver my vehicle, and take my rental back to enterprise for me. I was able to pay my deductible direct to the person who dropped off my car which was also very convenient. It’s also worth mentioning I don’t live super close to this shop and they drove my car 30 mins (one way) to bring it to me.
My car looks better on the side they fixed then on the other side now. They managed to get price matches on OEM prices from Toyota so that my insurance could cover the repair in full with OEM parts. They really went above and beyond.
Overall I would tell everyone this is the place to go. Talk to Erica and she will 1000% take care of you.”

“After going to selective auto parts stores around San Antonio for a distributor rotor couldnt find the right one. Yes they were n stock but buying and returning was a hassle... “THIS PLACE IS TRULY AMAZING, THE STAFF, THE WORK COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL, AND EXTREMELY NICE. I got a lot of work done on my 2026 f-350 king ranch, 3 ranch hands, leveling kit, and custom paint match job on all my ranch hands and also got a spray in bed liner. The work was amazing, the customer care was awesome, Mary was the best and handled all my concerns and handled communication with me giving me updates and answers on everything i needed. I also ordered more accessories for my other vehicles. All fit perfectly and looked great. I have 3 diesels, I’ve gotten ranch hands from other dealers multiple times, none turned out like this and none dealt with me and my family as they have here. Absolute 5 stars for this dealer, MARY!
