“Went to Walmart in Devine TX I was about to get a FLAT kept Inflating every 10 mins.Then the Grumpy old man tells the cheerful client in front of me that Cheerfully asked him how was his day. The old man told him "Busier then I wanna be" Mind you only 3 oil changes ahead there will be minimum of 2 hr or more 2 wait.I decided I'll just buy the tire $75 and go elsewhere to get them to put it on instead of waiting 3-4hrs with walmart . I did a major tune up a few months ago here at Raven auto. A few days ago it started driving slow. I took it back they found the problem (bad spark plug) fixed it and I was on my way. Highly recommend!

“We’ve all been there. You go I for an oil change and they try to upsell you and make you feel like a bad car owner for saying “no.”
I knew the used car I had recently bought needed some TLC. What impressed me about the staff, especially Isaac and Homer, was that they communicated clearly with me and even found a coupon for me to use and save some money.
The lobby was clean and stocked with water and coffee.
I highly recommend this location.”

“The service Marcos did on my car was excellent. I went in for an oil change and him and the manager gave me a discount on the filter. The price was reasonable the only downfall is they accept credit only! I had cash and had to wait awhile before I was able to do it on my phone and pay. Overall it was fast and great customer service. Will be coming here again.”
