“this guy really knows what he's doing, I paid $150 at the dealer for a diagnostic and when I took my truck to this guy he took a little piece of hose put one end touching the part ( water pump in a 2017 highlander its complicated to get to the part ) and the other end in his ear and immediately knew it was the water pump what it was causing a noise, I was like WOW! I definitely recommend him.”
“Went to Walmart in Devine TX I was about to get a FLAT kept Inflating every 10 mins.Then the Grumpy old man tells the cheerful client in front of me that Cheerfully asked him how was his day. The old man told him "Busier then I wanna be" Mind you only 3 oil changes ahead there will be minimum of 2 hr or more 2 wait.I decided I'll just buy the tire $75 and go elsewhere to get them to put it on instead of waiting 3-4hrs with walmart . “I asked for the most expensive oil and they said there is one even more expensive than the one I got before. They gave me that :). With that knowledge they replaced two dirty filters as well which helped my breathing while driving. Then they suggested a coolant flush, I said yes to that too! :) total was a low price of $335.00 after the gracious coupon discount. I will definitely come here again.”

I usually get my oil changed at 10-minute oil change places and don't usually expect much of a conversation other than what the vehicle needs and the cost. Upon arrival at this location, Paul greeted me, walked me over to the waiting area, and genuinely seemed interested in ensuring all my questions were answered. He did not push me to purchase anything I was not interested in buying and worked with his team to provide the exact service I had requested. I was in & out of there within 20 minutes.
