1700 South 2nd offers a comfortable and convenient stay directly across the street from Baylor campus. The property is described as awesome, gorgeous, spacious, clean, and super cute, providing a great campus experience. Guests found the beds comfy and the space lovely, with ample parking available. The check-in process is super easy, and the location is convenient to almost everything in the heart of Waco. The customer service is noted as extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating, with staff resolving issues promptly and offering excellent care. A point to note is that there is no office, lobby, or indoor waiting area. Overall, guests were thoroughly impressed, would certainly stay again, and recommend it for a fantastic visit.
We were just passing through for the night, but if we come back through Waco we will definitely be back to 1700 S 2nd.

This place was all around awesome. The beds were pretty comfy, the space and room was awesome. My only complaint was it took me 20 mins to find coffee filters 😂😂😂. We will definitely be staying here again!!!! Super easy check in, and a convenient location to almost anywhere!

This is more like large townhouses. My daughter and I stayed a night there before her Baylor university tour. It was comfortable and just lovely. The campus is literally across the street.
