“I have to fuel up at Ryder locations and this one is on point. He cleaned my windows and even gave me windshield washer fluid. I'm impressed. Keep up the great work Baylen”
“I’ve been renting trucks from these guys for the past couple of years. Every time the truck comes out nice and clean. They’ve always got something for me and if they don’t have a truck, they find one that’s very close! Great job guys.!”
“Made a reservation. They confirmed the reservation and when I got to the home Depot location to pick up the truck, it was a smooth transaction at the counter and my vehicle was ready. The associate and I looked over the vehicle for any damage, handed me the keys and I was on my way. I returned the truck the next morning within 24 hours is promised and dropped the key in the key drop. I received an invoice by noon that day on a Sunday stating they received a vehicle back in the same condition It was rented with a full tank of fuel and the credit to my credit card was issued within 1 business day.
I don't think you can ask for better than that or a smoother transaction. A 5 star experience.”
“I can't imagine how my experience could have been better. From the ease of online reservation to the friendly, helpful service we received, including assisting us very kindly through our own equipment confusion - this business deserves 5 stars! Granted, it's not posh, but it's very well run.”
“I will go out of my way to use this location for my business rental needs. The staff is great and super responsive. They always have a good stock of items on hand and work hard to make sure we have what we need.”
“Came in at 0715hrs to install a hitch on my vehicle that I prepaid online. There was an employee walking the lot taking inventory, and a customer selecting boxes inside. Kenneth was cheerful, friendly and so funny he almost fried my pre-caffeine brain. Everything was transacted smoothly, and Kenneth was a delight to do business with. Lucus for the hitch installed in just under 2 hours. This location has a toilet, waiting area and is very clean and organized.”

“Great experience returning our one way 15 ft truck and getting a 10x15 storage unit with Tom G. He was excellent! Very clear and concise directions and kind. He was not only professional and knowledgeable he was thoughtful and polite. He was a breath of fresh air after a stressful move. I wish all uhaul employees were more like him. Thank you Tom. We rented a non climatized unit in the newer addition across the road. Very safe, clean, and easy to use. Plenty of space to offload! I recommend this uhaul facility thus far.”
“I have to repair some damage that was done I made a false statement a while back about Hank and his staff at Waco Drive in Valley Mills I would like to correct the comment that I made yes my feelings were hurt but it wasn't because of the staff it was due to something else I want to let everybody know that Hank and his team at U-Haul on Waco Drive in Valley Mills are freaking amazing they took very good care of me.
