well I called to cancel my insurance and yes I did wait for a while but after they answered it only took a few minutes to get a refund from a very nice lady. All I Have to do is wait on my refund

I did not want the policy and was scammed by one of their sales call centers but their customer server was very helpful, friendly and quick to solve my issue. I will consider joining in a near future directly through them as they were very helpful

I canceled my life insurance on May 19th, on May 20th my bank account was debited $96.91. The next week I received $88.50 for cash surrender. I have tried emailing also customer service on hold for 49 minutes. My $96.91 should have been refunded.
