Just what you'd expect from an insurance company. Delay tactics, excruciatingly long wait times, utter lack of communication, and to top it all off, deceptive practices. Unfortunately, their reputation is not just hearsay; it's well earned.My experience with American Amicable Group has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I needed them the most, they were nowhere to be found. I attempted to initiate a claim in January, only to be met with endless wait times of up to 45-50 minutes each day. It's as if they were intentionally trying to avoid me. Shocker.Even when I finally managed to speak with an agent, the ordeal didn't end there. The agent blatantly misled me with false promises of documents within a few days regarding my claim. A week passed, and still, no sign of those documents. And then, out of the blue, I discover that my policy had been terminated without any prior notice or explanation.It's clear to me now that American Amicable Group operates with predatory intentions. They prey on vulnerable individuals, promising protection and support in times of need, only to leave them high and dry when they need it the most. Agents will lie to your face without a second thought, all while profiting off your misfortune.Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of American Amicable Group. Don't fall victim to their deceptive practices like I did. They need to be shut down as soon as possible before they can inflict more harm on unsuspecting customers. Your peace of mind and financial security are worth far more than the headache they'll put you through.Avoid American Amicable Group at all costs. You'll thank me later.

Well getting it started was easy but now that I don't need this Policy anymore they r making me jump though hoops just to get them to cancel an get my money back that they didn't get my permission to put on auto pay I didn't set up auto pay but it came out without my knowledge anyway also they different should make it easier to do a Cancelation request through a digital online version. They make it hard intentionally, kinda ridiculous

I wish they could put where you can negatively rate them. Not even worth 1 star. This company is atrocious with they put people through that have lost a love one. Been battling with them for almost 2 months to get my mother's benefits. Their medical review team is incompetent as hell. Their customer service team are robots and ill informed. Refuses to take any additional steps to resolve issues. If you actually need the benefits to pay for anything, do not hold your breath. Worst company ever. I will be calling tomorrow to report them the better business bureau and ftc.

they never answer the phone...wait times are habitually 40 minutes. I think the plan is to make consumers give up on cashing in the policy. Really, this should be a crime, especially because most of the clients are probably elders.

Slow responses to no responses... would not reccomend.... my wife died 10 days ago and no contact whatsoever.... call nope... email nope..letter or correspondence nope ! VERY UNCARING PEOPLE & COMPANY. THERE'S BETTER OUT THERE !
