“Lived here over 10 years and any problems I've had are always taken care of and quickly at that. I live in one of the updated apartments and even though I want a house I refuse to move as I enjoy my place so much. Laundry rooms are locked with codes and are electronic now with an app to time your things and I love that! Pools are enjoyable. Visitors have their own parking so they arent taking yours. The manager listens and does care about the property. Its a great place to live.”

“I have lived in these apartments since 2006 when I first got here it was a sight for sore eyes my father and brothers didn't want me living here but it was what I had to do at that time. Since then I have seen landlords come and go as well as owners and what I have to say at this very time during this time of crisis with the new owners and my new landlord I am well taken care of. They see to it that security is in place and if I ever need anything I call and my needs are met that day. Are there roaches there are roaches in every apartment complex because of people moving in and moving out on the other hand I have never had an infestation of roaches in my apartment and I have lived in a one-bedroom and currently I live in a 2 bedroom I enjoy Home Improvement there for a lot of things that could use a work order I do myself because I enjoy it I've never had causes of bedbugs( thank you Jesus) and roaches have never been a problem in my apartment I am grateful for the new owners I'm grateful for my landlords truly they take care of the residents like I said I've lived here since 2006”

“I have signed my 2 nd lease and I’m very happy with my apt. Management is super Lori the leasing agent is a gem. Maintenance is always there when I’m needing fit anything from recharging a/c to any think from helping fix anything I need. I believe In when I rent a property I treat it as if it’s my home and will asking if I update anything It doesn’t hurt to use your money to add a flower bed or even gardening to your area around your apt. I can share updated pictures. They have people who come and go but they were just not the person meant to live here or anywhere I’m my opinion. Times are touch but they are offering a 500.00 off move in cost. They have the perfect options in paying your rent where anyone could afford. You have to put your priorities in order for me it’s my home. Guaranteed to li e the office staff. I love my 4 plex I live in. Come by and see what you think.”
