Updated review. My daughter had a great first apartment experience with The Outpost. The apartment is furnished with everything she needed, the area is safe and overall a good experience. We had an accounting dispute upon move out & after several phone calls & emails, the matter was resolved. Thank you!

They turned the air on and left the rolling units connected to the hoses going out the windows. Had to tear down all of the cardboard and duct tape and roll them outside. Nice

It’s good but there is no fire extinguisher and there is water damage in the bathroom. Nothing too crazy it’s a college student apartment what do you expect?
